Can the gun box be installed anywhere?
Yes, as long as you have 4 feet and can drill into a wall with wood studs.
How much space do I need to install?
We recommend at least 4 feet so you have room to slide the front of box comfortably. Refer to the Install Guide.
Once installed, how much space do I need for the door to open?
One foot.
How long is the battery life of the key card box?
Your battery should last under normal use for 1 year. We recommend you
change your battery when you change your fire alarm batteries.
What batteries do I need if I need to replace?
Three (3) AAA batteries.
How do I get replacement keys?
The locks and keys would need to be replaced.
Can I order a new key card box?
Yes, please contact our team via support@divinedcases.com.
Can I get into the box if the key card does not work?
Yes, you have two key locks on the side of the box that will allow you to enter without the key card.
Will this hold all hand guns?
Divined Cases will hold most 9mm, .38 and .40 caliper.

Can my gun be loaded while in the box?
Yes. Please ALWAYS lock your gun when you go to stash it in the Divined Cases.
What do I receive when my Divined Case arrives?
You will receive your Divine Case, instructions, mounting hardware, and three (3) AAA batteries.
What tools do I need for install?
You will need a 3/8” to ½” electric drill, 1/8” drill bit, and 7/16 socket and ratchet.
Can I get a different colored painted box beside black and white?
Currently the answer is no you can not. But if the company grows and expands there is great potential to offer other colors!
Can I get any picture printed?
Yes, as long as it does not entail porn or gore or anything we feel is not appropriate and your money will be returned within 30 days.

We only accept orders from the website. For purchase over 10 units please contact us directly.
How will I know my order has been processed?
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
What is the delivery time?
Please be patient as we are a new company. We are currently working on a 4-6 week production time. As we continue to grow, our shipping time will drop significantly.
Can you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not ship internationally. But please contact us and we will add you to a list to consider shipping to your country.
